Join the Kateri Day Camp team for a summer you will never forget!

Working at Kateri Day Camp is not a typical summer job. Much will be expected of you, you will work hard – but you will play even harder. You will meet new people and be a part of a team that is caring, dependable, and fun. 

Our terrific staff Includes: 

Activity Specialists, Unit Leaders, Group Counselors, Junior Counselors, Camp Nurse, Lifeguards, Bus Monitors, and Kitchen Assistants.

Activity Specialist positions are available for adults who have a related degree or work experience in a specialty such as Creative Arts, Sports, Nature, Music, Activities or Literacy. 

Group Counselor positions are available for adults ages 18+. You will manage a group of 20 campers while creating fun daily activities, monitoring mealtimes, and maintaining appropriate behavior.

Junior Counselor positions are available for teenagers ages 16-18.  You will assist Group Counselors with daily activities.

Lifeguard positions are available for anyone ages 16+.  You must have or receive lifeguard certifications prior to the start of camp. At Kateri Day Camp lifeguards instuct campers with daily swim lessons and guard the pool during free swims.

Interviews will be held mid-February through May at Kateri Day Camp (phone interviews may be arranged).

All staff are required to attend Pre Camp training begining June 15, 2024.

All Staff must be present every day of Camp from June 24, 2024 through August 9, 2024 (closed July 4 & 5).  Staff hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-3:30 pm / Junior Counselors 8:30-3:00.
