CAMPER APPLICATIONS may be completed online (go to the Apply Now tab on the website) or printed, completed and returned to Kateri Day Camp.

View the BUS STOPS form above to determine what bus stop location and time is best for you.  Write the Bus number and stop letter on your application.

Completed applications must include SHOT RECORDS and a completed SUMMER FOOD FORM.  Forms may be returned via email (to kstackhouse@collieryouthservices.org), fax (to 732-946-9785), or mail (Kateri Day Camp, 160 Conover Rd, Wickatunk, NJ 07765).
