CAMP APPLICATIONS may be completed online (please hit Apply Now on the website) or printed, completed and returned to Kateri Day Camp.

View th BUS STOPS form to determine what bus stop location and time is best for you.  Write the Bus number and stop letter on your application.

All campers are required to have a completed SUMMER FOOD FORM on file.  Please complete this form and return via email, fax or mail.
